Memorial Day
Payroll Processing Schedule

Wolters Kluwer Torrance Payroll offices will be closed Monday, May 25 for the Memorial Day holiday. Please note the following:


All employees:

Our time collection system, EDTC, will remain open through Tuesday, May 26. You will be able to enter and approve time for week ending May 24 after you return from the Memorial Day holiday


L&B and Health Division employees:

There are no other deadline changes.


FS Bi-weekly, GSS/GPO/Corp, SFSG, and TAA Division employees::

Concur expense reports must be approved and through audit by Friday, May 15 to post on the May 29 pay check.

Supplemental pay (commissions, bonuses) approved in EDTC by Monday, May 18 will post on the May 29 pay check. Templates received through email by Friday, May 22 will post on the May 29 pay check.

Time exceptions (PTO, additional hours) through week ending May 17 will post to the May 29 pay check. Time exceptions for week ending May 24 will post to the June 12 pay check.


CLS and FS Semi-monthly Division employees:

Concur expense reports must be approved and through audit by Friday, May 15 to post on the May 29 pay check.
