Labor Day Holiday
Payroll Processing Schedule

Wolters Kluwer Torrance Payroll offices will be closed Monday, September 1 for the Labor Day holiday. Please note the following:

All Employees:

Our time collection system, EDTC, will remain open through Tuesday, September 2. You will be able to enter and approve time for week ending August 31 after you return from the Labor Day holiday.

FS Bi-weekly, GSS/GPO/Corp, SFSG, and TAA Division employees:

 Concur expense reports must be approved and through audit by Friday, August 22 to post on the September 5 pay check.

Supplemental pay (commissions, bonuses) approved in EDTC by Monday, August 24 will post on the September 5 pay check. Templates received through email by Friday, August 29 will post on the September 5 pay check.

Time exceptions (PTO, additional hours) through week ending August 24 will post to the September 5 pay check. Time exceptions for week ending August 31 will post to the September 19 pay check.

CLS, FS Semi-monthly, L&B and Health Division employees:

No other deadline changes.
