PAY CYCLES

Pay cycles are payment schedules.

Bi-weekly cycles pay employees every 14 days.

Semi-monthly cycles pay employees twice each month, on the 15th and the last business day of the month.

Interim cycles are non-scheduled pay cycles used to catch-up new hires to their standard cycles, pay terminations, and issue special payments. Interim pay cycles are run weekly.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday.
