PAY STUBS - What are they?

Each time a payment is issued to an employee a notice or advice of payment, called a pay stub or pay slip, is created. The data shown on the stub are regulated by state law, and generally consist of name, employee ID, tax elections, pertinent dates, amount earned, amount deducted, and amount paid.

An image of the stub is provided online in the Payroll Work Center for all employees. If you receive a paper check, a paper copy of the stub is included with the check.

The most recent 36 months of pay stubs are displayed in the Payroll Work Center.
